KKTII: Pikaru Hero

Note: Ok so since we don't know Pikaru's gender YET I'm just gonna use "he" cause he looks like a guy in this :/

Speed 5: He usually fights with Speed and strength only. But because of his stupidity you can catch him quite easily.

Power 4: Compared to a skinny little beast he is pretty strong. But like a said before he's not the smartest living thing on earth.

Ok now it's the question of the day!
Q. How do you catch a beast that has lighting speed? (Answer is in the weakness above)

Agility 2.5: Uses too much speed and strength he gets tired easily. Well he pretty much he's on his own pace all the time so... Yeah go tackle him.

Special 1: On a chance of 99.9999999..... And 1 he'll miss up on his special last attack, then fail <--- lol sad X)

Will 2: Doesn't really have one of those "magical powers" but he can fly with his jacket!

Strength & Weapon: The jacket he wears all the time is like a part of him. With out it he might die because of the cold (wait isn't this weakness?) And yes like I said before with it he can fly smoothly in the land of OZ. Now there supposed to be more features about the jacket but then I'll talk too much here so I'll make an info chart about this jacket ONLY. Oh and that feather is just a replacement for an ear
Or maybe not?.... Like I said it 100 times he's stupid... Just stupid so he usually plays around with his opponents but wins almost all the time.

Edit: I forgot to write it in the application. He's good at acting... in many ways..... That is all...

Weakness: Like it's shown Pikaru hates the cold. That includes water, ice, rain ect. The jacket he wears protects him from it but just take the jacket from him and watch he'll just drops to the ground and losses it. Also he had a horrible accident in the past so he doesn't want to show his scars on his arms. Oh and did I mention about the answer from that question? No? Well then I know that you all know the answer already so I won't scream it out.

Now another question of the day! Q. How many times did I say "stupid"?
